Twice Widowed Virtual Community
A Virtual Community for Women Who Have Been Widowed Twice - Launching on January 19, 2027
“We never know how high we are till we are called to rise; and then, if we are true to plan, our statures touch the skies.” — Emily Dickinson
The MWC Membership: Your Key to the Twice Widowed Virtual Community
Access to this virtual community is just one of the amazing benefits of MWC Membership. Connect with widows across the country, share experiences, and build friendships that inspire growth, joy, and renewed purpose.
A Different Journey. A Shared Understanding.
Experiencing widowhood a second time brings a unique set of challenges. Even when you have walked this road before, another loss can bring unexpected emotions, renewed grief, and questions about what comes next.
Yet your story is also one of love, memories, and resilience. You have loved deeply, built a life, and discovered strengths you may not have known you possessed.
The Twice Widowed community provides a dedicated space within Modern Widows Club for women who have lost two spouses to connect, share experiences, and navigate this chapter of life together.
This community requires Modern Widows Club membership to join.
It will meet virtually on the first Tuesday of each month, starting in January 2027.
Growing Together
Guided by Modern Widows Club's Hope, Heal, Grow, Lead framework, we recognize that life after loss is not a linear journey. Together, we make room for every chapter, every emotion, and the possibilities ahead.
You have loved twice. You don't have to navigate this journey alone.
Meet Your Facilitator, Jacqueline Byrd, Ph.D.
Having experienced widowhood twice, Jacqueline brings a personal understanding of this journey alongside decades of professional experience in organizational development, leadership, innovation, and executive coaching.
She is honored to facilitate this community and create a space where women can connect, explore resilience, and discover what moving forward can look like.
