Modern Widows Club began with a simple yet powerful idea: to create a supportive community for widows who felt isolated and alone in their grief. Founded by Carolyn Moor in 2011 after the tragic loss of her husband, the club started as a small gathering in her living room.
Carolyn quickly realized that widows needed more than just a place to share their stories—they needed a network of understanding, inspiration, and empowerment. What began as a local support group has since grown into a global movement, connecting widows from all walks of life who are determined to rebuild their lives and thrive after loss.
