Access to our Local Communities is just one of the amazing benefits of MWC Membership. These gatherings offer connection, encouragement, and a safe space to grow with other widows who truly understand your journey, helping you move toward a life filled with hope, purpose, and empowerment.

How It Works

1. Contact a Community

Step 1a: Find a local community near you, click "Contact Community", and fill out the online form.

Step 1b: Your local community advocate will then send you an email with meeting details.

2. Attend Community Meeting

Come to 1-2 meetings to see if it's a good fit before joining.

3. Join As a Member

Like your community? Join as a member to keep attending meetings. We offer 3 membership levels.

  • Monthly membership - cancel at any time for monthly membership.

    Annual memberships are for a full 12 month period, please cancel prior to enrollment date anniversary.

  • Yes, you will receive a discount if you pay annually and we thank you for giving yourself this gift of support all year long.

  • We do offer a monthly subscription option and when available, donor sponsorships.

    Email support@modernwidowsclub.org for sponsorship inquiry.

  • Please email support@modernwidowsclub.org to provide a “Gift Membership” to someone you wish to support.

    You may gift anonymously or provide your name with a message. Provide the recipients name, email address and zip code.

  • No, you will be pleasantly surprised by how many programs, resources, and services you have to choose from to make connections, build resilience, and become empowered.

  • Monthly membership will auto-renew. If you choose an annual membership, we will send you a reminder before any annual payment posts.

  • A full menu of resources, video links, and community and support club sign-ups in your membership portal. Access 24/7/365.

  • Your first step is to cancel your current membership level.

    Then, re-register for your new level membership.

    We recommend completing this shortly before your monthly or annual payment date.
