Does your company match charitable gifts made by employees? Many companies, ranging from Starbucks to Microsoft to Visa, offer these types of matches.
Follow these steps to find out:

If you aren’t sure about a corporate match, check your company’s website or human resources department to see if they match employee donations.

Complete the appropriate gift-matching form available from your company. The form, whether in print or electronic version, may require Modern Widows Club’s tax identification number: 46-1440059.

Make a donation to Modern WIdows Club:
A) Make your donation online, then send the receipt for your donation and the completed gift-matching form to us at the address above; or
B) Send your gift to us by check, along with your company’s completed gift-matching form:

MWC will then complete the form and mail it back to your employer.

Your employer will send us a matching contribution, and we will notify you when it is received.
CORPORATE GIVING
MWC is very selective about corporate associations due to the respect we have for our membership. Sponsorship packages are available upon request and with approval of the board of directors.
